All of our pet hoodies have a hole near the hood for convenient leash/collar access during walks. The material content is 65% cotton, 35% polyester - we find that this mix offers the best comfort and durability.
Please be sure to use our sizing chart (located in the additional pictures, underneath the main image), our sizing is much smaller than some brands
